These instructions are based on the mobile app and might vary depending on the bank app or device you are using. It’s very easy to do either way, but if you do have questions please reach out to us!
Find it in your bank’s mobile app or in your online banking. If you already have your bank’s app on your phone, there’s no need to download anything. If your bank or credit union doesn’t offer it, you should be able to download the app to get started.
In your mobile app or on your computer, you should see something in the menu that says, “Send Money”. You will want to click on that.
Pick a person to pay.
In some cases, it will try to pull the person from your contacts, so you will need to click “Continue” and type in the email address instead of picking them out of your phone contacts.
Send payment to: SEE EMAIL WE SENT YOU
Enter the recipient’s name.
First Name: SEE EMAIL WE SENT YOU
Last Name: SEE EMAIL WE SENT YOU
You will see a notice that says to make sure you are using the correct mobile phone or email address. In this case, it’s an email address and you will want to double check that it is correct.
Enter the amount of your order.
You will now see something that says, “Review & Send”. It might ask you “What’s this for?”. You do not need to enter anything here. You can still send without typing anything, so you will want to leave it blank.
Click SEND and you’re done!
